We offer a variety of floor coatings and granite look systems offering maximum protection for your garage, basement, retail showroom, hangar and other concrete surfaces. Our custom products will give your floor an individual finished look and increase property value. Skilled staff will evaluate the condition of your concrete for pH, water content, stains and cracks during your free inspection. If you are concerned that your concrete is soft or that moisture is an issue with your floor, products can be applied to correct these problem prior to flooring installation.

Prior to application of the primer coat a diamond grinder is used to remove surface stains and profile concrete for better paint adhesion. Granite look floors have colored chip flakes of your choosing broadcast over the wet base coat allowing you to match or highlight existing color schemes. A final clear urethane topcoat is applied to protect the substrate from abrasion, hot tires, wear and chemical harm. Your floor finish can be expected to last at least 7-10 years and after that, like any other painted surface, it will start to lose its luster. Reapplication of topcoat restores that “like new” shine. All garage floor coating applications carry a limited warranty from peeling and material defects. Our products are designed for use on residential, retail, restaurant, commercial and industrial floors, are fire rated, easy to clean and safe.

The standard installation process takes approximately 3 days and vehicles need to be kept off the floor for 5 days after topcoat application. You will be able to walk on your new floor within 24-36 hours.
